Before long, they were chatting on the couch for nearly an hour. It semmed as if Vince really liked Eva, same goes for her. About a minuet after, Vince’s partner was back and beeping the horn for him to hurry up. Vince quickly ended the converstaion with a ‘Thank you for the coffee’ and asked Eva for her number. Eva told him and they smiled at eachother.


they hugged goodbye… Eva knew that their relationship was probably going somewhere but she also knew she didn’t want a family.. just yet. She wanted to get her act together, and have enough money to support a family and right now – she didn’t.

Without thinking, Eva wrapped her arms around the police officer in joy. She was affriad he might have stolen her expensive work-out machine. When she backed off her face was almost as red as her short wavy hair.

Quickly thinking, Eva changed the subject. She talked about how he was great taking out that burglar. Their conversation lasted awhile, they seemed to have alot in common. Before Vince could notice, his partner had left – taking the theif to the station. Vince decided to stay, besides, Eva asked if he wanted coffee.

When Eva got home she wasn’t as excited as she thought she’d be. The night at work wasn’t all that wonderous, nothing really happened. She made friends with the other night shift guards and they basically played cards all night. The only startling thing outside was the whistle of the wind and a crickit playing it’s sad drowned out tune. After Eva got a glass of water and left the kitchen to go to bed, she noticed a man in her bedroom rumaging through all her stuff – she knew it was a burgler. She sneaked to the phone and grabbed it dialing 9-1-1 as fast as she could.

A minuet later, a tall, dark handsom man barged through the door and grabbed the theif, after awhile of fighting the man – named Vince – took the robber to the police car and came back in to reassure Eva.

So after a quick, Non-burned pasrty, Eva would be leaving for work. Finally she’d gotten the cooking down, She was proud of herself. She also took it as good luck for her first day at work.

Finally, Eva threw on her security outfit and plopped into the pickup ready for a long nights work. She hoped to see some action!
She left at around 7:45 PM and would stay until 2.

Eva lifted those weights like no tomarrow, she loved physical fitness and aperance. Although she never had any trouble with it in high school; She was the most beautiful girl in her town back when. She always feared she’d lose her beauty over time, so she kept up her exsercise.

She also wanted to be ready for the big day tomarrow when she’d go to work for the first time.

After a quick burned meal, Eva would start her excersising which she planned on doing every night until she was completely fit and ready for anything. This meal was surprisingly less crispy, Eva knew she’d get the cooking think down soon. Plus, she started to like burned food better then regular, Maybe she thought it made he look tough.

Eva’s exsercise machine is probably the most expensive item in the household. She can’t wait to try this baby out!

Until, on the very last page there was an add about needing security guards for a local bank. Eva knew this was that job for her, she’d always wondered what it would be like to fight crime and protect the defensless, plus the offer had some good pay and Eva had nothing to lose.

So, she called over and accepted the job offer, Eva was excited for tomarow night, she hoped there would be some action she could get into.

Eva starts to read, skimming past all the words until she hits a ‘HELP’ or a ‘WANTED’. Alot of the jobs listed weren’t very interesting, some of them – Eva thought – were impossible for her, I mean, who could sit still for a half hour being a secratary, Not Eva. Flipping the pages until there were hardly any left…

Eva started to lose hope that there weren’t any jobs fit for her in the entire town of Krum…

Throughout the next few days Eva is taking it slow, endulging into the home, it needed some getting used to. Ah, her first cooked meal in her new home, of couse it’s burned to a crisp.. Eva is far from disapointed thought, she’s proud of her burned pastry and eats it anyway for trying. 🙂

Eva began painting the walls aswell, until she was dead broke, with about 20 dollars left in her budget she moves toward the newspaper…

This is Eva’s bungalo, small yet homey. Eva likes it, she didn’t decorate much thought, because she’s on a tight budget and needs to think of the necessities first. As you can see, she also bought a small pick-up truck to get around in.

Also notice the dessert landscape and it’s wonderous cacti. As Eva takes her first step into the small home she feels a sense of independence, thinking shes going on her own now, time to start a life!
